The web origination platform is dynamically connected to the internal platform allowing the immediate deployment of data to and from clients for all areas of origination and servicing. Further linking of the platform to third party vendors allows us to automate credit origination or servicing functions easily and provide effective responses.

To excel as a quality BPO Business Process Outsourcing provider this also requires us to be able to follow our client’s product design workflows accurately and report on them regularly. Our internally integrated reporting tool allows us to be as granular as we desire in tracking and managing our client base.

Finally, in conjunction with partners at Axcess Canada and Savvis we have established a solid Business Continuity plan insuring maximum uptime and system stability for us and our customers. Our solution is located in an environment that is completely compliant with CICA 5970, SAS 70, SSAE 15.

These programs have specific requirements for service providers managing customer data and focus heavily in the areas of compliance, security and access. CICA 5970 is a Canadian standard administered by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants while SAS 70 is the US-based equivalent developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Savvis has also been certified by Visa® Verified for its security. These points were key drivers in our selection of their vendor services over other firms.
